Q: Where Design Jennis is Currently Shipping to?

  • Customers within the United States not included U.S. territories
  • Including P.O. Boxes. 
  • Not included All US Military bases, APO/FPO
  • Not included Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • Design Jennis does not currently ship to customers outside the United States and U.S. Territories at this time.

    Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time.

Q: How long does the shipping take?

Design Jennis is a Exclusively Designed and crossborder Multi company from warehouses in both the U.S. and overseas. On the individual product detail page, you will see the estimated shipping time and origin for each product.

Standard Shipping times about :

US and overseas products: 2 - 7 business days*
Overseas products: 5 -14days, (Some of Products 21days) business days* 

Custom Design Order products(Exclusively Designed): 5 -14 business days* 

Design Jennis does not currently ship to residents outside the US.

Q:Can I CanCel My Order?

An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.

An order can usually be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. If an order can be canceled, you will see a "Cancel Order" button available.

If you do not see the "Cancel Order" button, your order is already being processed. Please note the warehouse works and Order Processing Team as quickly as possible to get you your items, so the grace period is brief.
