Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of any unused items, Full-price merchandise within Thirty(30)days since the original arrival date.

We will not accept returned goods that have been used, damaged items.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

We do not offer exchange for customer, But Customer should provide the return.

In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label. Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be issued to the buyer’s original payment method. Please note that the actual time for the refund to be posted on the buyer’s original payment method may vary depending on the bank.
